I love supporting families postnatally. Being welcomed into a family's journey and guiding them as they navigate the shifting sands of the 'fourth trimester' is truly both a joy and a privilege.
I bring my knowledge and experience from years of working with families across Sydney the Eora Nation during this very tender time. Each family has individual needs. My doula support is tailored and my experience and intuition means that this support is delivered in a way that ensures those needs are met.

Breast Feeding Support

Establishing breastfeeding can be challenging. Our gentle, non-judgemental qualified lactation consultant can support you and your baby through the early weeks. Rose Mother Doula Care can provide in-home breastfeeding support in Sydney or phone & Skype support Australia wide.

Sleep Support

Some babies need a little encouragement to learn good sleep habits. Our certified Sleep Consultant can help you and your bub get a sound sleep. Our experienced and highly trained sleep consultant uses a proven no-cry method to support a better sleep for everyone in your family.

Night Care

We incredible resources and contacts to registered nurses that are available 24/7 to help you.

  • Birth

    Obligation free "get to know you" interview (<1 hour)

    2x prenatal meetings (~3-4 hours each)

    Optimal Maternal Positioning guidance

    Review and support editing your Birth Wishes document

    On call for 2 weeks before and after your estimated due date

    Support you through labour and birth

    1x postnatal meeting including debriefing your birth (3 hours)

    Investment: $1,400

  • Postpartum

    3x Postpartum Doula sessions in your home during business hours (~3 hours each - total 9-10 hours of support)

    Support breast or bottle feeding.

    Settling techniques

    Wrapping and changing

    Stop past the supermarket to buy groceries or other necessary items (you reimburse me)

    In home help such as cooking light meals and help with selfcare

    Help with self-caring Care after natural or C-Section, physically and emotionally

    Available by phone, text, email for the duration of these 3 sessions

    Investment: $820

  • Postpartum Ultimate

    Perfect for families with limited avenues of support and those who recognise that they might benefit from additional care at this special time.

    This package is 20 hours of support spread over 6 visits.

    Visits will be organised at times to suit you.

    Investment: $1,400

  • Hourly Rate Support

    Are you looking for something more flexible? Just a few appointments? You can book time for any of the following in minimum blocks of 2 hours:

    Antenatal support

    Birth plan preparation

    Caesarean birth preparation

    Additional birth debrief

    Investment:
    Standard pricing (10am-5pm Mon-Fri):
    $75 per hour, minimum 2 hours, in your home

    After hours pricing:
    $85 per hour, minimum 3 hours, in your home

    Overnight support:
    $750 for 8 hours (10pm-6am), in your home
